Residential Construction New Builds:
Our design fees typically range from 3% to 5% of the total build cost. Each new home design is unique and tailored to suit the client’s lifestyle, site conditions, and vision. The final fee is customised based on factors such as project size, design complexity, materials, and level of detail required. This category includes single-family homes, townhouses, and apartment buildings. We work closely with our clients from concept through to consent, ensuring a seamless and well-detailed design process.
Renovations and Additions:
Every renovation and addition project is unique. Due to these complexities, renovation and addition projects can sometimes require as much design and coordination as a new build, and in some cases exceed, that of a new build project.
